Compensation
- Competitive salary package
- 128 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)
- A portion of PTO awarded the date of hire
- Additional PTO granted annually after four years of employment
- Eligible to carry over up to 56 hours at the end of the fiscal year
- PTO carried over and not used in first quarter is paid out in cash to employee
- Ten paid Federal holidays
- Spot bonuses based on strong performance and recognition

- Up to 100% premium coverage towards medical, dental, and vision plans
- National Preferred Provider - Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield
- Two separate plans to choose from which helps minimize direct costs to our employee
- 100% of the premium for long term disability is paid
- 100% of the premium for basic life insurance is paid
- Additional voluntary life insurance is available
